Wood and iron Tony Paul bar cart.  Part of the Tempo Group manufactured by Woodlin-Hall, 1950's.  Two 16" wood trays, one removable for serving with attached wrought iron glass and bottle holders.  Very good vintage condition, minimal wear to wood trays.
