Large oil on canvas by Randolph A. Payne, Waynesboro Virginia 1939.  Payne studied at the National Art Academy, Washington D.C. and the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree, 1962.   Payne has exhibited in numerous shows and galleries.  His works are included in public and private collections throughout the United States.
