Original 1959 Stockholm series perforated aluminum three arm double cone, or hourglass chandelier by EJS.  Each hourglass on this iconic design lights top and bottom and each arm swivels depending on desired effect.  Good vintage condition with surface scratches to aluminum.   Original EJS Corporation tag on ceiling cap.  Professionally rewired.
